This lightweight aluminum Camera Cage from SmallRig protects and provides accessory mounting for your Nikon Z8 camera. This formfitting cage maintains access to all the camera's controlsbatteryand SD card slotsand it features a variety of mounting options. The camera secures onto the cage using a 1/4"-20 camera screw with a locating pinand a side locking adapter further prevents twisting.
In addition to one shoe mounta side NATO railand multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 accessory threadsthe cage incorporates ARRI-style locating holes for preventing accessories from twisting when mounted. There are also QD (Quick Detach) mounts and strap slots for even more options. The cage also has a built-in Arca-type quick release plate on the bottom for tripod mounting.
