Exchange, Return & Warranty Policy

Thank you for shopping with Equiper. We take pride in offering genuine cameras, lenses, drones, photography accessories, and imaging equipment from trusted brands. Every product we sell is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Please read the following policy carefully before making your purchase.

1. Order Inspection Upon Delivery

We recommend that you inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If you notice any damage, missing items, or an incorrect product, please notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery.

For faster assistance, please provide:

Your order number
Photos of the product and packaging
A brief description of the issue

Failure to report issues within this period may affect our ability to process your request.

2. Return Policy

Due to the nature and value of photography equipment, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

You received the wrong product.
The product arrived damaged during transit.
The product has a verified manufacturing defect upon arrival.
The product is significantly different from what was ordered.

To qualify for a return:

The request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
All original packaging, manuals, accessories, warranty cards, labels, protective films, and invoices must be included.
The serial number on the product must match our records and remain intact.
The product must not show signs of installation, activation, misuse, or physical damage.

Returned items are subject to inspection before approval.

3. Products That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene, security, licensing, and product integrity reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective upon delivery:

Opened or used cameras
Opened or mounted lenses
Opened or used accessories like filters, tripods, monopods, rigs, etc.
Drones that have been activated or flown
Memory cards
External storage devices
Batteries
Cleaning solutions
Sensor cleaning kits
Screen protectors
Software and digital products
Clearance or final sale items
Products with missing packaging or accessories

4. Exchange Policy

We will gladly exchange eligible products if:

You received the wrong item.
The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
The product was damaged during shipping.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.

Replacement items are shipped after the returned product has been inspected and approved.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer:

A comparable product (with your approval), or
A refund where applicable.

5. Warranty Policy

Most products sold by Equiper are covered by an Official Manufacturer Warranty or an Authorized Distributor Warranty.

Warranty coverage and duration vary depending on the brand and product. Please refer to the warranty information provided on the product page, warranty card, or purchase invoice.

Warranty generally covers:

Manufacturing defects
Defects in materials or workmanship
Hardware failures under normal intended use

Warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage
Drops or impact damage
Water or liquid damage
Sand, dust, or moisture damage caused by improper use
Electrical surges
Fire or natural disasters
Cosmetic scratches or dents
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
Improper storage or handling
Fungus caused by improper storage
Sensor dust resulting from normal lens changes
Damage caused by incompatible accessories

Warranty decisions are subject to inspection and approval by the manufacturer or authorized service center.

6. Camera & Lens Specific Warranty Information

Cameras and lenses are precision optical instruments.

The warranty does not cover:

Sensor dust accumulated through normal use
Dead or stuck pixels within manufacturer tolerance
Autofocus calibration preferences
Cosmetic wear from normal handling
Lens fungus due to improper storage
Scratches on optical glass caused by improper cleaning
Damage from impact or dropping
Damage caused by unauthorized servicing

If calibration or servicing is required, the product may be referred to the authorized service center.

7. Drone Warranty

For drones and aerial imaging equipment:

Warranty does not cover:

Crash damage
Fly-away incidents
Water damage
Damage caused by pilot error
Damage caused by unauthorized firmware modifications
Improper operation outside manufacturer guidelines

Please follow all manufacturer instructions before operating your drone.

8. Accessories

Accessories such as:

Camera bags
Tripods
Filters
Flashes
Microphones
Lighting equipment
Battery chargers
Remote controls

may carry their own manufacturer warranty depending on the brand.

Consumable products such as cleaning fluids, wipes, blower bulbs, and similar items are generally not covered once opened unless defective upon delivery.

9. Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty service:

Contact Equiper’s customer support.
Provide your order number or purchase invoice.
Describe the issue in detail.
Submit photos or videos if requested.
Our team will assess the issue and advise the next steps.
If required, the product may be forwarded to the manufacturer or authorized service center for inspection.

Repair or replacement times depend on product availability and the manufacturer’s service process.

10. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when:

A replacement product is unavailable.
A return request has been approved.
Required by applicable law.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error or a confirmed defective product.

11. Important Information

Please keep your original invoice and warranty card.
Retain the original packaging whenever possible.
Product serial numbers must remain intact.
Warranty periods begin on the purchase date shown on your invoice.
Equiper reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving a return, exchange, refund, or warranty claim.
This policy does not limit any consumer rights available under applicable laws.
